    Upon arrival at Guilin Liangjiang International Airport, be met by our representatives and transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.


  • Day2 Guilin

    Transfer via: private vehicle

    Activities for today: Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill

    Morning drive to visit the Elephant Trunk Hill. The hill is the symbol of Guilin and it looks like a giant elephant drinking water from Li River. Followed tour to the Reed Flute Cave, which is fantastic stalactites & stalagmites formation, and known as "Natural Art Gallery".

    The afternoon is your free time. You can explore the city on your own, some recommended places are: the lakes in the city area, Liberation Bridge, Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, East and West Lane etc. All these places are not far away from the Elephant Trunk Hill. You can walk to these places within 5-15 minutes.

  • Day3 Guilin/Yangshuo

    Transfer via: private vehicle, ship

    In the morning drive to Zhujiang Pier. We will aboard a ship to enjoy a wonderful cruise along the beautiful Li River. Arrive in the small town Yangshuo around 1 pm. Check in your hotel and free afternoon for your own exploration (perhaps strolling or shopping for some souvenirs along the West Street).

  • Day4 Guilin/Yangshuo

    Transfer via: private vehicle

    Activities for today: Countryside Cycling, Yulong River Bamboo Rafting, Cooking Class

    Your guide will rent bikes (city bike or mountain bike) for you. Ride a bicycle to visit the countryside in Yulong River area and have a bamboo rafting along the river. Lunch will be arranged on your own at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will go to the vegetable and meat markets to buy some raw material. Then we will learn how to cook Chinese style dishes from a teacher at a small cooking school. Enjoy your dishes for dinner and return your hotel.

  • Day5 Yangshuo/Longsheng

    Transfer via: private vehicle

    Activities for today: Huangluo Yao Ethnic Village, Ping An Zhuang Ethnic Village, Longsheng Rice Terraces

    After breakfast,drive about 4 hrs to Longsheng, home to Yao and Zhanguang people and the breathtaking Longji Rice Terraces. On the way visit the minority tribe – Huangluo Yao Ethnic Village. As your car is requested to stop at the parking lot, you will have to walk for about 30 minutes from the parking lot to your hotel in Ping An Zhuang Ethnic Village along a flagstone road. Check in your hotel and have a rest. Walk around to take photos of the breathtaking rice terraces and view sunset if weather permits.

  • Day6 Longsheng/Guilin

    Activities for today: Ping An Zhuang Ethnic Village, Ancient Zhuang Ethnic Village

    Weather permitting we'll view sunrise in the village. The following morning hike 1.5-2 hrs to visit the beautiful Ancient Zhuang Ethnic Village. It really deserves a short hiking tour in the Rice Terraces Area. Later, head off to Guilin Liangjiang International Airport for the flight to your next destination.

Private Transfers:
Between airports / railway station, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing in the cities specified in the itinerary by the private air conditioned vehicle with driver and English-speaking guide. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.
Entrance fees:
All entrance fees to scenic spots as listed above in the itinerary. The final arrangement will be determined by local tour guides based on the local circumstances which are beyond the control of LocalChengduTours. ZTG will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as possible.
Meals:
All meals as specified in the itinerary. “B” stands for western breakfast “L” for Chinese Lunch in local Chinese restaurant. “D” for Chinese dinner in local Chinese restaurant. The quotation is basic on the above normal meals. If you have any special request about meals, like vegetarian, or Indian food etc, please inform us in advance.
Private tour escort for Sightseeing:
Normal sightseeing activities as outlined in the Itinerary will be escorted with English-speaking guide.
The English-speaking guide and driver of each city accompany you throughout the entire tour in that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.
Accommodation (if include Yangtze Cruiser):
Service based on two adults sharing on one standard twin/double-bed room (cabin); solo travelers or those who want to occupy one twin/double-bed room/cabin of their own are required to pay additional charge of single supplement rate. A single room (cabin) is subject to availability based on prior request at an additional cost; if the recommended hotel is not available, it will be substituted by a similar class one.
All hotels as listed in the above itinerary serve daily western or Chinese breakfast. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.
Transportation:
All the domestic airfare of economy class with airport tax/ or train ticket(s) as specified in the itinerary.
